It’s been my mantra for years, and it still holds true. Today, “train hard” isn’t about pushing to exhaustion—it’s about showing up with consistency, moving with purpose, and creating strength, space, and balance in both body and mind.

Small classes for personal attention. Pay ahead on Venmo @Ronda-Torres-1 (no “H” in Ronda) or bring exact cash.

It’s suggested to wear grip socks and required to bring a yoga mat. You’re encouraged to bring water, a towel, or any yoga props you love. Some items are available at the studio for a reasonable fee.

In case of inclement weather due to road conditions (not temperature), classes are automatically canceled if the PASD is delayed or closed. No additional notifications will be sent.

Please park only in the studio’s designated spaces. Arrive 5–10 minutes early, silence phones, and honor the quiet of the practice space.

    Ronda’s classes are full of variety that challenges your ability to master each & every one of the poses presented.
    If you’re looking for confidence, these are the classes for you. You’ll be glad you did.

    It's been a very, very long time since I did yoga anywhere. Rhonda was great and made me feel very welcome. The class was wonderful. I really, really enjoyed it and would love to attend future evening classes.

    as a runner i know i should stretch more, be softer with myself. so i signed up for this class and im so happy i did. ronda is so knowledgeable and free flowing with her yoga and makes you feel like you can be too. now i go weekly (or try to at least) and my muscles and my mind are so much happier.
